These terms apply to your use of the A-1 Auto Service website and to the services we perform at our Castleton Road facility. By using the site or authorizing work on your vehicle, you agree to these terms.

Estimates and authorization

Written estimates are provided before diagnostic or repair work begins. Additional work required beyond the original estimate will be quoted and authorized before it is performed. Diagnostic fees may apply and will be disclosed up front.

Warranty

Repairs are backed by our standard parts-and-labor warranty. Warranty coverage does not apply to normal wear, customer-supplied parts, damage from continued operation of a vehicle we advised not to drive, or issues unrelated to the repair performed.

Vehicle drop-off and storage

Vehicles left after completion of authorized work may be subject to daily storage charges. We are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle; please remove valuables before drop-off.

Website use

Content on this site is provided for general information. Service descriptions, hours, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We do our best to keep information current but do not warrant that every detail on the site is complete or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A-1 Auto Service is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or from repair services beyond the amount paid for the specific repair in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Disputes not resolved directly with the shop will be handled in the state or county courts of Marion County, Indiana.
